BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Studio Seitz, a New York-based design studio, has released its furniture and accessories lookbook, which builds on Swiss heirloom traditions.
The collection upholds modernist principles and is intended to transform the perception of everyday objects. Some of the standout pieces in the collection include:

Stabellenstuhl and Kommode Dresser
- The Stabellenbank and Stabellenstuhl: Also known as a stable bench, the Stabellenbank is a modern interpretation of a Swiss classic and is made from solid European ash. Similarly, the Stabellenstuhl pays homage to its longer predecessor and can function as seating or a side table.
- Kommode dresser: This solid ash dresser features brass pulls, each hand stamped in Appenzell.
- Candleholders: Inspired by traditional Alpine milk pails, these candleholders come in a set of varying heights and can be used for tealights or long taper candles.
- Limen Teapot: This handcrafted heirloom teapot has motifs inspired by Chinese porcelain and organic forms inspired by human gesture.
